PDF images do not display correctly in high resolution / retina display clients

      Summary

      When using the fileviewer component in the view issue page from a high resolution / retina display client the document is not rendered properly

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Browse to an issue with a PDF attachment from a high resolution / retina display client
      2. Click on the attachment to display in the file viewer.

      Expected Behaviour

      1. PDF document displays OK

      Actual Behaviour

      1. PDF document does not display OK
