Document the Bubble Chart gadget

      As of JIRA 7.1 there is a new gadget named Bubble Chart. The Javadoc at https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/latest/com/atlassian/jira/gadgets/system/bubblechart/package-summary.html
      suggests that it is part of JIRA not a separate add-on from the Marketplace

      My suggestion is that the new gadget should be added to the documentation at:
      https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GADGETS/All+Atlassian+Gadgets#AllAtlassianGadgets-DisplayingJIRADatainaGadget
