Allow displaying the issue SUMMARY in a comment-issue-link rather then just the key

      Problem Definition

      At the moment, when linking issue link in comment, JIRA only renders it as issue key.

      Suggested Solution

      I would be great, if there would be an option to display the current summary of an linked issue in addition (or instead?) of the issue key when linking to another issue inside an issue comment.
