      Issue Summary

      When a user accesses the All or History tabs of an issue in JIRA, he or she is able to see the ID of change items that have occurred for that issue.

      Look below:

      Expected Result

      Other than the admin, should other users view these tabs, change item ID should not show.

      Actual Result

      All users can see the change item ID.
