An option to disable auto render issue key with icon and status in description/comment

      Problem Description

      When users key in issue key in the description/comment (i.e ABC-1), JIRA will automatically render it with icon and status as updated at What's New page.

      Links to other JIRA issues (in the description or comments) are now rendered with an icon and status, rather than as just a plain hyperlink.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide an option to disable the auto render issue key with an icon and status.

      Workaround

      When linking to issues use the link format instead of relying on automatic linking, for example:
