Display system level fields on their own tab in workflow screens

      Summary

      When creating create, view, and resolve screens for projects, system level fields are mixed with custom fields. This becomes confusing as some 'system level fields' are actually treated as custom fields and show as custom fields within JIRA e.g., Epic Link, Sprint
