The Edit Button and the Create Button shows "Press Undefined+S to submit this form"

      Summary

      The tooltip displayed when hovering over the Create or Edit button on the Create/Edit Issue dialog does not display correctly the keyboard shortcut to submit the dialog. Instead it displays Undefined when attempting to render the correct modifier for the current browser.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Navigate to the Create/Edit Issue dialog.
      • Hover over the Create (or Edit) button.

      Actual Behaviour

      • The tooltip displayed renders "Press Undefined+S to submit this form"

      Expected Behaviour

      • The tooltip should render the correct keyboard shortcut to submit the dialog for the current browser.

      Hover your mouse over either the create or the edit button on the JIRA create issue screen or edit screen. It shows "Press Undefined+S to submit this form"
