      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, users are only added to the Watcher list is when a user comments on an issue.

      I would like to have users added to the Watcher list automatically after editing and/or transiting an issue.
