Show issue creator field on the issue page (next to the reporter and assignee)

      Currently, users tend to confuse the "reporter" and "creator" of an issue.

      One reason is that the creator field is not really visible.
      (I personally fount it by chance in the columns list of the issues navigator)

      Part of the solution would be showing issue creator field on the issue page, next to the reporter and assignee, in the "people" area.
