Issue Summary
When a user wants to find all tickets that were last updated by a specific user, using JQL, they would realize that JIRA has no feature to accomplish this as the updated parameter finds all ticket that were recently updated but not necessarily by the user.

Can a feature that gets who made the last comment or change from the history section be added so that users can then have a field like lastchangeby to use to filter the issues better?
