As a JIRA Cloud Administrator,
I would like each addon to be easier to find, enable and configure it from a unique page integrated on my JIRA Cloud instance, and that its URL were generic,
so that I can easily find, enable and configure it, as well as share the URL anywhere.

Currently, addons can be difficult to find and have their configuration pages separated from where they can be found as search results.

This is causing admins not being able to find addons they want to install (ie: this Atlassian Answers Question).
