Support for Microsoft SQL Server JDBC Driver

      Summary

      The official Microsoft SQL Server drivers, provided by Microsoft, support multiple useful features, like Windows Authentication and Automatic failover, however are not compatible with JIRA.

      Suggestion

      Add support for official Microsoft SQL drivers instead of JDBC.
