Add XML import to JIRA

      Problem Definition

      Currently JIRA allows project import from CSV, Bugzilla, Redmine... but not XML. It would make migration from own installation much easier.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the possibility to import project from XML.

      Workaround

      If possible, the XML file can be converted to JSON and then follow the instructions at Importing data from JSON. Also, data can be imported from CSV as per Importing data from CSV.
