Option to Close all related issues when releasing a version

      Summary

      At the moment, when releasing a version, users will have the option to move unresolved issues to another version. It would be nice if there was an additional option to Resolve/Close all currently unresolved issues

      Add another option to Resolve/Close all unresolved issues when releasing a version
