Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.
I would like to be able to assign sub-tasks in issues created by service desk to any jira-user. I cannot see that this should have any implication for the agent-licencing as sub tasks are not visible on the service desk.
