Problem Definition

The issue collector allows for a number of fields to be added to a modal window, when adding a number of fields in a custom issue collector the description field is too large, and forces scroll bars onto the window.

As a result users may miss seeing the fields at the bottom of the window.

Suggested Solution

Allow the fields to be resized to fit the form, whether though the UI or through the custom issue collector customization.
