Basic search should include "not" and empty options

      The ability to say anything that is not what was chosen and the ability to specify a field as empty is something that really should be in basic search. It is a serious PITA to put together a bunch of queries based on simple things like Field 1 is not X and Field 2 is empty.

      I can see where having a not operator MIGHT be advanced, but Empty/not empty should always be basic options.

      On a side note, how does this instance of Jira have WYSIWYG?
