Link to source code when there is a reference to a JIRA issue

      Problem Definition

      For JIRA with application links another application (eg. Fisheye, Stash, etc), it would be great if whenever there is a reference in a source code (eg. comments), there will be a link in the JIRA issue so the user can click on the link and be redirected to the source code. At the moment, it requires a commit to have a link.

      Suggested Solution

      This suggestion is for links to appear without having to commit anything.
