In our environment, one ticket may get comments from a lot of users. Sometimes a person replies to a question of mine, or summarizes information really well. In these cases, I think it would be good if I could like that comment.

I don't necessarily want a "downvote" button for bad comments, but a lack of upvotes/likes might be telling.

Also, I have some selfish interest in this. On more than on occasion someone has told me "offline" that I write good comments on tickets. It'd be nice if this information was quantifiable in a way I could show to say, my manager.
