Dashboard creation

      Dear Team,

      It is very annoying to give all users to create Dahsboards, performance wise and management wise.

      We are currently having problem with one big client almost 20000 user so if each one decided to create a dashboard with refresh interval each 2h will harm the system.

      What do you think ?
