If you have an issue search based on 'description' or 'summary' fields, newly created issues don't match it. Even if you listen to issue creation events and re-index using IssueIndexManager or TemporaryIndexProvider before searching it doesn't fix it.
If the search filter includes non-text fields like issue type, assignee, priority, etc. there is no problem.
However, if you perform an operation on the issue (like transitioning), it shows up in the search result almost instantly.
