      As a a company, we define a project and agree to a certain set of requirements at the start of a sprint or release. If the description of the requirement is modified by anyone after that time it would be very handy to be able to create a filter to display these, which would tie into our change control process. Currently we use the "UpdatedDate" - but it's not granular enough sice that changes with an update to any field (Status, time reported, add attachment, etc) which wouldn't prompt the need for change control.

      Ex. - project = FMS AND issuetype in (Epic, Requirement) AND fixVersion = "FMS v3.0.0" and issue.propertdescription changed AFTER "2015/03/10"
