Configure wallboard not saving, unable to "view configured wallboard"

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      In JIRA 5 if you click "Configure Wallboard" and changing some of the settings the settings do not remain in place. Further, you can't view the Wallboard either as the "View Configured Wallboard" option doesn't appear.

      Replicated on multiple Atlassian OnDemand instances, and on a standalone JIRA 5 instance.
