Single email notifications for bulk edits

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Sometimes as part of project management one needs to introduce intermidiate, previously unplanned-for releases, or otherwise perform actions that affect many issues at one time.

      The "bulk change" feature is very useful in those circumnstances, but having everyone involved receive an e-mail notification per issue changed is NOT helpfult.

      Please make bulk changes send a single e-mail notification that starts with information saying that a bulk change was performed.
