Created vs. Resolved Chart regression

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      In the hosted instance of JIRA (https://calvarytemple.atlassian.net) our created vs. resolved chart no longer behaves like it did just a couple days ago. Namely issues marked "Resolved" are no longer registering on that plot.

      The resolved curve is flat at "0" when we've been resolving issues faster than they are being created. It gives a false impression that no work is being done.
