"As a Scrum Master, I would like to have Hipchat rooms be able to notify me when JIRA posts to chat rooms so that I can monitor customized Hipchat rooms for notifications of customized JQL queries."

Essentially, I'd like to use Hipchat rooms to have the ability (not by default) to set a notification of when JQL queries are matched. I'm on 3 different scrum teams, and I'd to have chatrooms that notify when something enters a blocked stage, or when JIRAs are created. I use email and JIRA subscriptions heavily, and having this info in Hipchat would be more useful to me.
