Pressing the enter key from the create issue pop up screen, automatically submits the form (which is the expected behaviour of most web forms), however this often creates accidental submissions in JIRA.

Since there is no confirmation dialog, this could be a major inconvenience, especially if the reporter has no edit permissions.

Do consider providing an option to disable automatic submission of forms using the enter key. We already have a keyboard shortcut alt+s to automatically submit issues anyway, which is much harder to trigger automatically.
