Trigger email notification for issue linking

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Preferably with it's own notification scheme entry (if can't do that use issue updated or generic event).

      Jira 6.3.1

      Link an issue > no email (even to someone who's set to get every email notification scheme possible including the massive issue updated or generic event).

      Resolve issue as duplicate > fill out the linked issue section with the duplicate # and set linked type to duplicate > person just sees 'resolved duplicate' they aren't sent an email containing the ID of the sitll open issue.
