Make it possible to automatically update a field in a child issue whenever this field is updated in the parent.

      Customers would like to use the issue hierarchy to fire events of issue field updates whenever the parent issue gets updated.

      This is an extension of how the issues are linked today.

      It would make possible to automatically update the priority field, for example, of the parent issue and this change would directly reflect upon the child issues.
