JIRA changes base URL automatically

      Hello,

      We had the problem that the base url changed automatically several times.
      Normally our URL was http://jira.ourcompany.com, but it changed to http://servername.
      If we change it back, it will use the changed url for a few minutes but then JIRA changes it back again.
      It's annoying.
