As a JIRA Administrator, I would like to have the ability to restore specific configuration from an XML backup. This would help in case someone changes configurations in JIRA and we need to restore it to a previous state without losing work regarding issues, or if there is anything corrupted in those configurations (e.g. permission schemes), as otherwise we'd either have to manually restore a test instance and compare the data or lose data in the process.
