Backup Manager API

      The backup manager implemented in jira on demand now allows users to queue a backup and then download it from a user interface.

      There is no way however to trigger this via api (or at least according to this ticket - https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JST-42236)

      It would be nice if there was an api which allowed users to request a backup, and also retrieve the link to the last created backup.
