Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Dummy Project.
2. Create a new Field Configuration where Affected Version is set to Required.
3. Create a new Field Configuration Scheme and set New Feature to the newly created field configuration.
4. Assign the Field Configuration Scheme to the Dummy Project.
5. Create an Issue as with Bug Issue Type which have a Subtask.
6. Create a version in the project.
7. Click on More > Move
8. Select the same project and choose the issue type to New Feature.
9. Click Next.

Expected Results:
In the Update Fields, the Affected Version will have a selectable versions.

Actuals Results:
The Field is not coming out making selecting version is not possible.
