Ability to mark field as required for specific screen(s)

      It should be possible to mark field as required for specific screen(s), via Field Configuration Scheme.

      Example: Fix Version that is required in Resolve Issue screen.

      This is NOT the same as JRA-5783, so please do not close as duplicate - I've tried JIRA Suite Utilities, but after marking Fix Version as required for "Resolve Issue" transition causes "Resolve Issue" button to disappear, instead of adding * next to Fix Version field in proper screen.
