Improved processing of JIRA issues with commit messages

      I'd like to be able to set a JIRA ticket field value to the commit hash of the commit I annotate. Or at least mention the commit hash in a comment.

      e.g.
      JRA-123 #setField <FieldName> #hash
      or
      JRA-123 #close Fixed in commit #hash
