Unable to see create/cancel buttons when creating issue on issue list in Chrome

      I can't do anything except Esc out of the screen. See below for screenshot.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STASH-5461?filter=32650&jql=project%20%3D%20STASH%20and%20text%20~%20%22oauth%22%20order%20by%20created
      2. Click the "Create" button in the top blue bar
      3. Select the "Stash" project
      4. Select "Bug"

      It may depend on my permissions... but I can reproduce this every time. If I change to "Suggestion" type, I get the buttons back.

      Interestingly, the problem disappears if I remove the "order by created" from the query.
