Additional Conditions For Notification Schemes

**Current Behaviour**

It is possible to set the the recipients of notifications to

• Current Assignee
• Reporter
• Current User
• Project Lead
• Component Lead
• Single User
• Group
• Project Role
• Single Email Address
• All Watchers
• User Custom Field Value
• Group Custom Field Value

**Feature Request**

It would be great to add an additional condition as such the notification is sent to certain individuals from the project roles.

For example, we would like to have the option to send the Issue Created notification, not to ALL Current Assignees, but only to one/few users that I would specifically select to be notified on that event.

Additional condition to notify a specific group the Reporter belongs too
