Add (Gmail) Actions for JIRA in Inbox to Mail Notifications

      as documented in https://developers.google.com/gmail/actions/

      to allow Inbox actions on Mail Server / Client like Gmail that supports that Schema.org extension

      For Comments, the link should point to the comment and should be labeled "View Comment"
