Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a saved filter without favoriting it.
2. Go to Manage Filter and edit the filter created in step 1 (Cog icon > Edit).
3. At this moment the 'star' is already highlighted by default, despite the filter is not favorited yet. Click on the 'star' to favorite the filter.
4. Save

Expected Results:

The filter is favorited.

Actual Results:

The filter is still not favorited.

Workaround:

Favorite the filter directly from the list of filters.
