      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      If detects edited/added files:
      Always prompt and lean towards no.
      Do you want to start Jira now? Yes [y], No [n, Enter]"

      If does not detect edited/added files:
      Optional prompt and lean towards yes.
      Do you want to start Jira now? Yes [y, Enter], No [n]"
      Show a prompt for 10 minutes then auto-start if no response?

      Unattended:
      Use of -q quiet should auto-start (with or without having a -varfile response.varfile)
