Add feature to Create Release Notes on Confluence from JIRA

      There was a feature to create release notes on Confluence on JIRA that is not available anymore.

      Before it was just access: Administration > Projects > (select project) > Versions > find the version I want to 'release' > click on the hidden 'gear' menu > 'release'. Then, it would show a small window that said "Publish to Confluence" and then it would make a very nice page of release notes in Confluence.
