'New or Updated Issues Since Last Login'

Much like confluence, and other foruming software, it's nice to be able to login to an application and see what has changed since you've been there last.

I was thinking in the Issue navigator, in the Dates and Times section, there could be a checkbox that plainly says " Created/Modified Since Last Login". It would be great if this was fine-grained enough to appreciate the difference between 9am and 3pm on any given day. Which is why I didn't suggest a re-use of existing fields, which (aside from hard coded values in the drop-downs) seem limited to dates only?
