When the Time Tracking Settings is configured so that its time format is set to "hours", the time will sometimes be displayed as hours-only (e.g. 36.5h) and sometimes as hours-and-minutes (e.g. 36 h 40 m).

It would be better if time was always shown consistently and let the user choose which of the two formats he would like to see. In my use case I would need it to always be hours-only, never showing any minutes.
