      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, custom changes made to default studio mail handler are reverted back upon upgrades, reboots, or jira restarts. Any adding of regular expressions to customize handler is wiped out in any of these events.
