Remove 'jira.screenshotapplet.linux.enabled' parameter from JIRA

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Based on this documentation: How to enable "Attach Screenshot" on Linux Machine ( the page was scheduled to be removed from Atlassian Documentation), as we are currently using HTML5 image attachment feature, instead of the applet. Therefore, the applet is no longer relevant.

      Note the parameter currently shows up by default in the JIRA Logs:

      > $ grep linux *
catalina.out:     jira.screenshotapplet.linux.enabled           : false

            Hi all, the removal of this parameter is being tracked at JRA-38161, the documentation page has been removed as it is no longer necessary and is obsolete.
