add Watcher in Jira Ticket with auto-completetion

      Watchers can be added manually (Jira-Ticket > Menu> More -> Watchers)
      But you need to enter the correct and complete username without any mistake (Spelling etc.).

      Better would be, if an automatic process will support the entering (auto completion -> see process of giving the assignee to another person in a ticket).
