Redmine Import allow creation of subtasks without specifying parent issues

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Start an import process from a Redmine instance
      2. In the issue type mapping step, map one issue type as a "Subtask" for JIRA
      3. Finish the import

      Current behaviour

      The issues will be imported and subtasks will be created without mapping the parent issues. So orphaned subtasks will be created in JIRA.

      Expected behaviour

      Map the parent-subtask hierarchy from Redmine and automatically create the relationship.
