"Do not notify me"-option doesn´t work

      Hello,

      we have a little problem with the "Do not notify me" feature, you can choose in the user options.
      The problem: It doesn´t work. Users, which update their own issues get a notification.

      Do you know, which feature or function abrogate the "do not notify me" option?
