Option to Synchronize Delegated Directory upon first login only - not upon reauthentication

      As a JIRA Administrator, I'd like to have an option to choose whether JIRA will resynchronize the users when login in to JIRA after the initial login (when copy users is active). If chose not to resynchronize, JIRA would only authenticate the username/password against the directory.

      This way, further changes to users on the LDAP directory won't affect JIRA, and the users can be edited within JIRA directly.
