More Permission Options for Development Tools.

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, JIRA have the View Development Tools permission to restrict user to view the commits, reviews and so on in JIRA.

      But, this permission will restrict people who does not have it to not be able to see all development tools feature in JIRA, regardless the application that are connected with JIRA.

      Therefore, it would be great if there is a permission that could restrict the view permission from some application only, not all. For example, to give more option in the permission page like:

      • View Development Tools:
        • Fisheye/Crucible
        • Stash
        • Bitbucket
        • Bamboo
